THE APARTMENT
The 2-bedroom apartment is located in a gated complex in Punta Prima on the Orihuela Costa within walking distance of the sea and 3 kilometers from the center of Torrevieja and 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
The enclosed domain is equipped with swimming pool and a separate children's pool and a children's playground. A lift gives access to the apartment which is located on the first floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Free parking is provided in a closed underground garage.
All bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
A spacious sofa can be converted into a 3rd bed (Queensize) in the blink of an eye.
Living & Kitchen
The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as: refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob and kitchen utensils.
In the living room you will find a dining table with 4 chairs, a smart TV and sofa. Two double sliding windows provide sufficient light and roller blinds and electrically operated roller shutters provide the necessary privacy.
The spacious terrace with sea view has a lounge and dining table for 6 people to complete your stay.
There is also a separate room with a washing machine.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and electrically operated shutters. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a king-size bed.
Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space. An extra travel cot is provided. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms with underfloor heating have a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Towels are provided as standard.
